1. no way, poor butterflies!! I would step on a cockroach though, vacation or no vacation! I hate them!!! But then i’d probably be too scared to even go near it.

1. No, I would not kill a butterfly for a vacation. They’re getting extremely rare. I haven’t seen one in years.
2. Nah, I wouldn’t take a life to extend my own. What’s the point? I don’t want someone else’s blood on my hands.
3. Eww, no, I can’t. I can’t even urinate in a public restroom let alone in front of someone else.
4. I’ve never liked asking or receiving help. It’s a pride thing.

1. Honestly, yes. I’m sorry, but I really want a vacation and butterflies don’t have a soul.
2. No way. If I wasn’t meant to live an extra year, I wouldn’t want to screw things up.

1. WOULD YOU KILL A BUTTERFLY FOR A ONE WEEK VACATION I am going to say yes and here is why. Most people wouldn’t think another thing about killing a spider or a roach and frankly killing a butterfly would be no different. Wrong or not, I probably would.
2. WOULD YOU ADD ONE YEAR TO YOUR LIFE BY TAKING ONE YEAR FROM SOMEONE ELSES? If I could choose who that person would be, YES. If I didn’t have a say and it could possibly be someone I knew or cared about…. NO.
3. CAN YOU URINATE IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSE? Yes. Been married 14 years and we pretty much do it all in front of one another.
4. ARE YOU GOOD AT ASKING FOR AND ACCEPTING HELP? Most of the time I would say yes, but there are times when I would rather figure it out on my own.
5. IF THERE WAS A PUBLIC EXECUTION WOULD YOU WATCH? Absolutely not. I refuse to watch those beheading videos or those torture videos people post on the net and I certainly cannot imagine watching someone being executed. Once you see something, it’s with you forever.

1) I would step on a cockroach (wearing someone else’s shoes) but I wouldn’t kill a butterfly. Especially not peel off its wings!
2) NEVER! That is insanely selfish- even if I don’t know the person. I would rather live my life normally than know I took away someone else’s. It’s like murder.
3) No I can’t. I am also pee shy! I have to flush the toilet.
4) Sometimes I am. It depends if the person is intimidating or not.
5) I’m not interested in that. I’m shocked that you said you would! I mean, it shouldn’t be entertainment- it’s someone’s life; even if they convicted a felony.

-Yes! That probably makes me a horrible person too, but oh well.

-No, I’m not. I like to believe I can do everything so when someone asks if I ened help I always say no, even if I do. I just like to do it all.
5. IF THERE WAS A PUBLIC EXECUTION WOULD YOU WATCH?
-I’m torn, part of me says yes and part of me says no. I probably would, but end up changing the channel once it got to be too much for me.

1. I would not kill a butterfly for a week’s vacation. I would step on a cockroach, but not for vacation benefits. I’ve never had to call in an exterminator for butterflies. Stepping on a cockroach eliminates the middle-man.
2. No. Does not matter who that person is or if they are kind or evil. It’s not my right and how does that not make me a murderer?
3. No problem. It’s nature. Everyone has to do it. No mystery. If someone else doesn’t want to see me do it - then get out of the freakin’ bathroom!
4. I can delegate, but have difficult times when asking for personal help… only if the situation becomes intolerable. “Crisis Management” FTW!
5. Absolutely not. That time (no matter who they are or what they’ve done) should be reserved for the individual, their family members and whatever belief system they may have. If someone needs to be there to record “last words” or confessions, then so be it - but at least the family should be consulted.

1. Well The cockroack definately, but the butterfly…I dont know, maybe I would maybe I wouldnt but I’m not THAT big of a traveller so I’ll go with no if its a butterfly.
2. No, but if I could specify that person I would.
3. Me neither.
4. I’m not good at asking for help and even worse at accepting it cause if its sopmething I have to do I want 100% ownership of that piece (my ideas, my hard work) so I can be really proud when I’m finished and even prouder when congratualted on doing it all by myself.
5. No cause I always regret watching gross stuff. I remember watching the Saddam Hussein executions leaked footage, but then I realized that its such a hoorible why would I want to watch that?

#1 I hate cockroaches, so yes. And butterflies only live for two weeks anyway, so yes!
#2 A persons human life, diffrent story, no I wouldn’t swap a year w/ anyone.
#3 It’s still hard for me to let it go if my hubby is in the room, so i’m w/ya on this one.
#4 I can usually ask for help. I love the attention
#5 I think anyone who enjoys reality t.v. would watch, so i’m not surprized at all by you Buck. I would watch too!

Cockroach sure, beautiful butterfly would make me all cringeish, but I probably would. I could use some serious vacation!
No one year isn’t that big of a deal. Poor brother Mark, he always gets the shaft. “Not my twin or hubby…but that other sibling, sure.” Hahahaha!
Stage fright of the urinating variety plagues me too.
No, I never ask for help.
Morbid curiosity outweighs my sensibility, so yes, I’d watch that bad boy/girl fry.

ok after watching the video…yes I would kill a cockroach I flipping HATE / scared of those things…actually to be honest now that I think about it I would prob run screaming for hubby to kill it while I sit in a corner and shake and cry…LOL

SICK story: I killed what ended up to be a pregnant spider (had no idea it was pregnant, just huge) and when I stepped on it, it exploded with babies it was SO sick and gross!!! Thank god that was at work and not at home, years ago.
It kinda does surprise me that you would watch a killing, but if it’s just tame then I understand, but anything like I was talking about in my previous post..hell to the no!! haha btw, if it’s all expenses paid for a week, I would prob think about killing the butterfly, but I really don’t think I could do it. There’ always consequences for those “Aladdin Lamp/Genie” questions like 1 and 2.
Example:
1. If you pulled the wings off the butterfly for the vacation, you’d lose your arms on the vacation. The vacation that you wouldn’t have been on if you hadn’t made the deal with the devil. Irony
2. If you swapped the year, you would spend that extra last year suffering from a horrible affliction. The universe always evens itself out.

4. I used to ask for help ALL THE TIME and was so dependent it’s not even funny. I’m more stubborn now with asking/accepting help, I guess. I do sometimes though.

-Yes, I would. It is pretty cruel, but then again I would love to have a free vacation.

-Yes, I’m really good at asking and accepting help. I’m pretty much use to it, since I am a student and all, so I’m constantly in that type of situation. I’m surprised that a lot of people have a hard time, but then again everyone is different.

-No way. I would be too tramatized seeing something that cruel (even if it is something simple as giving a needle).

Why would all of these people not kill the butterfly but kill the cockroach. The butterfly is pretty and the cockroach isn’t? Wow, that’s our society in a microcosim. Both deserve to live. This really pisses me off actually. People think that they have a right to live but animals do not. Bullshit.

3. Hell to the no! I’m very private and I don’t even change in the girl’s locker room. I always go into a stall.
4. I think so. I don’t completley depend on other people but I know when I’m in a situation that requires help.
